Subject: Dundee UFOs Fri Sep 04, 2009 12:36 pm
There have been quite a few alleged sightings of UFOs over Dundee in the last few years. One guy, in particular, has several videos on You tube of lights in the sky which he has filmed.
Just wondering what everyone thinks?
There's a new craze which I only found out about on holiday for letting off Chinese lanterns at barbecues and other parties. I only found out by chance when at Butlins and I noticed a stange glowing light in the sky which seemed to be blinking on and off. My husband informed me that it looked like a Chinese lantern let loose at the neighbouring caravan park and he said that it would go out in a few minutes and fall back to earth . Sure enough, it did but it was quite impressive when floating about. These can be homemade by fixing some balsa wood to a carrier bag and using a tealight to create the heat to make it rise. I'm not for one minute saying that this is what has been filmed in the videos below. I'm just mentioning it because I was fooled for a few minutes when I saw the lantern as were several other people all ooh-ing and ah-ing as they looked up into the sky.
